Can be used 1 to 3 times daily, according to individual requirements.
Pre-workout or pre-event meal to be taken 1½–2 hours before any type of physical activity.
PRIMARY USAGE - RECOVERY
Take 600 ml within 30 minutes after physical exertion. Within the first few minutes after exercise the metabolic rate is increased, presenting a window period of accelerated nutrient uptake and effective recovery.
